The Sertig, like all Davos tributary valleys, is a typical glacial valley with its steps and rock bars.
It is a popular excursion destination, not least because of its impressive waterfall at the end of the valley.
For this reason, it is also a designated “Area of Special Conservation Interest”. 
In the village of Sertig (1861 m above sea level) is the little church “Hinter den Eggen” which was built in 1699. It is very popular for weddings and baptisms.

The traditional Swiss wrestling event “Sertigschwinget” held at the beginning of August attracts many spectators.
